NECS and Northern Light Mercy Hospital to Support “Beyond the Ribbon” Survivor Celebration on June 14

New England Cancer Specialists (NECS) and Northern Light Mercy Hospital are proud to serve as sponsoring hosts of the New England Oncology Foundation’s “Beyond the Ribbon” Survivorship Celebration taking place June 14 at the Sheraton Sable Oaks.

The free event welcomes cancer survivors and their families for a day focused on connection, encouragement, education, and wellness.

Designed to celebrate survivorship while supporting individuals at every stage of the cancer journey, the event will include meaningful discussions, opportunities to connect with other survivors and caregivers, and access to wellness-focused organizations and services that support those impacted by cancer.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore select wellness offerings and supportive care resources from organizations dedicated to improving quality of life during and after treatment.

“Cancer survivorship comes with physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges that often continue long after treatment ends,” said Seth Blanchard, Director of Marketing & Communications for NECS. “This event is about creating community, celebrating resilience, and helping survivors discover resources that support healing and well-being.”

The event is free to attend, but space is limited and advance registration is encouraged.
