Dr. Milligan is a board-certified radiation oncologist who treats a wide range of cancers using various techniques such as SRS, SBRT, IMRT, and IGRT. He is a member of the American Society of Radiation Oncology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American College of Radiation Oncology. Dr. Milligan’s goal is to ensure his patients are informed as possible, and to develop the best care plan based on their shared decision-making. Dr. Milligan grew up in Biddeford and is excited to raise his two sons in Maine.
