Role: Chief People Officer

Laurie Guilmet is joining New England Cancer Specialists as our first Chief People Officer, overseeing all Human Resources functions and reporting directly to the President. The creation of this role reflects our commitment to ensuring that our people practices evolve alongside our clinical and operational excellence, with strategic alignment across our executive leadership team.

Laurie brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare human resources, executive leadership, and organizational culture. She has held senior roles at organizations including Martin’s Point Health Care, Great Place to Work®, and most recently BioTissue.

She is known for helping organizations build high-trust, high-performance cultures that strengthen engagement, develop leaders, improve operational effectiveness, and support meaningful change.
